Trademark Filed for Yezdi Roadking

MAHINDRA-OWNED CLASSIC LEGENDS HAS MANAGED TO REVIVE THE renowned Jawa brand over the last couple of years and it is now moving on to re-establish the Yezdi marque. Patents have been filed for the names “Yezdi” and “Yezdi Roadking” as well as for website names “yezdi.com” and “yezdiroadking.com”.

We expect the reborn Yezdi Roadking to be revealed later this year — perhaps, around Diwali — and to be powered by the 293-cc liquid-cooled single that we know from the Jawas. We also expect both brands to share brake and suspension components as well as other underpinnings, but each will have its own visual identity.
