Kawasaki Ninja H2R

THE NINJA H2R IS THE PINNACLE OF KAWASAKI’S SUPERCHARGED H2 motorcycle line-up. It is a trackspecific model which comes without headlights, rear-view mirrors or number-plates, and is equipped with super-soft slick tyres. Since the H2R is not a road-legal model, it can’t be registered or ridden on public roads.

When the 2019 H2 range was launched, there was just one H2R sold here through a special arrangement between Kawasaki and the buyer, for a price of Rs 72 lakh. For 2021, the H2R has now been listed on the Kawasaki India website and the price has been hiked to Rs 79.90 lakh. The supercharged, 998-cc, four-cylinder engine in the bike is capable of producing 310 hp at 14,000 rpm (326 hp peak with ram-air) and a peak torque of 165 Nm at 12,500 rpm.

This mental machine is known to be the fastest production motorcycle globally and holds the world record for the highest top speed achieved on a motorcycle, completing the 0-400 km/h dash in just 26 seconds.
