DB25 Ducati Monster 1200 Project Revealed

UK-BASED CUSTOM BIKE BUILDERS DEBOLEX ENGINEERING HAVE created a retro-racer-inspired machine based on the Ducati Monster 1200. Designated the DB25, this build hides the Monster’s 147-hp V-twin and trademark trellis frame behind exquisitely crafted carbon-fibre bodywork. As the name suggests, only 25 of these bikes will be built, each one priced at a whopping USD 52,833 (approximately Rs 40 lakh).

The base Monster 1200 gets a host of new components to transform it into the DB25. These include a lightweight, single-piece aluminium subframe, over 20 CNC-machined parts, 21 carbon-fibre pieces, over 60 laser-cut sheet metal pieces, a custom top yoke with incorporated speedometer mount, Maxton suspension components, and an SC Project exhaust system.
