TVS Jupiter 125

-

The all-new TVS Jupiter 125 has been launched at Rs 73,400 (ex-showroom), making it the company’s second 125-cc scooter in the market. It carries forward the ‘Jupiter’ name tag, hoping to ride on the momentum set by the Jupiter 110 which has sold over 4.5 million units to date.

The Jupiter 125 looks different from its smaller 110-cc sibling, thanks to its new muscular design, headlamp, and new 12-inch diamond-cut alloys wheels. Plenty of new features are on offer such as an external fuel filler cap upfront and the fuel tank under the floorboard. This helps carve out a large under-seat storage.

TVS also claim best-in-class fuel economy from the 124.8-cc motor which makes 11.1 hp and 10.5 Nm. The features also include a USB port with a storage cavity underneath and a one-key-for-all system. Although the Jupiter 125 is not equipped with TVS’ Smart Xonnect system yet, TVS said that it would be added in the near future on the higher variants.
