Bajaj Pulsar 150

When we met the Bajaj executives during the Pulsar 250 range media ride, they disclosed that they are in the process of expanding the Pulsar portfolio with new-age models. Now sources have confirmed that the next new model will be the Pulsar 150 which will be launched in the next couple of months. This is one of the most important versions of the Pulsar as it has been around since the firstgen model was launched over twenty years ago. Moreover, there has been no major update given to the popular model besides Bajaj’s DTS-i tech. The 2022 Pulsar 150 will be based on the Pulsar 250 platform and will even carry forward the N250 design language. The new BS6-compliant 150-cc, single-cylinder, the two-valve engine is expected to produce almost 14 hp. To give the Pulsar 150 a competitive price, which has been Pulsar’s biggest talking point, it might not have the longest list of features. This will help Bajaj position their 150 aggressively, undercutting some of the competition which cost almost Rs 1.2 lakh (ex-showroom).
