Honda Gold Wing Tour DCT

Honda have launched the 2022 Gold Wing Tour in India. The brand’s flagship touring bike is imported via the completely built-up unit (CBU) route and costs Rs 39.20 lakh (ex-showroom).

The motorcycle comes loaded with features including LED headlights with dual LED fog-lamps, cruise control, a seven-inch digital instrument cluster, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay connectivity as well as a navigation system. It even comes with an electronically adjustable windscreen.

Powering the Gold Wing is the same 1,833-cc, liquid-cooled, sixcylinder engine that develops 126 hp at 5,500 rpm and 170 Nm at 4,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission that comes with a creep function. There are four riding modes: Tour, Sport, Econ, and Rain.

The Gold Wing Tour is based on a diecast aluminium twin-beam frame and features double-wishbone suspension at the front with a Pro-Arm swing-arm at the rear. Other noteworthy features include Honda Selectable Torque Control, Integrated Starter Generator, Idling Stop system, Hill Start Assist, and Dual Combined Brake System.
