Fermenta caters to clientele across the globe, with a worldwide distribution network. Its state-of-the-art R&D centre is based in Thane, and world-class manufacturing facilities are located in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh and Dahej, Gujarat. Apart from Vitamin D3, Fermenta also offers niche APIs, integrated biotechnology platforms such as enzymes for antibiotic synthesis as well as environmental solutions for wastewater management and treatment. The company produces Penicillin G Amidase, CAL B Lipase and other enzymes with applications across the pharmaceutical, fine chemicals and personal care segments.
