The revenue generation for Hyderabad-based Brilliant Bio Pharma (BBP) was Rs 67 crore in the biopharma during FY 20-21. The business faced a huge decline of 60 per cent in comparison to the revenue generation of Rs 166 crore during the previous fiscal. BBP has its presence in veterinary biologicals comprising of viral vaccines against FMD and rabies, bacterial vaccines against Haemorrhagic Septicaemia, Blackquarter and Enterotoxaemia, and Animal Health Products including Antibiotics and Antibacterials, Analgesics and Antipyretics, Dewormers, Ecto and Endo Parasiticides, Feed Supplements, Galactogogues etc.
