Ahealthcare professional with long-term experience in specialised medical devices, Philips Korea’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Kim Dong-hee got promoted in 2021 to run Philips Asia Pacific’s health systems business division. At Philips Korea, Kim has abolished in-house titles and supported the work-life balance based on the slogan of ‘Design Your Day’. Before joining Phillips, Kim led the transcatheter aortic heart valves business in the Asia-Pacific region at Edwards Life Sciences and held various positions at Boston Scientific, proving her competence in business management and marketing.
