Edwards Lifesciences Korea names Kwon Chang-seop as new CEO

Edwards Lifesciences Korea has appointed Kwon Chang-seop, the head of the clinical care and vascular business unit, as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Kwon is a financial planning and business development expert with more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including MSD Korea and MSD Asia Pacific. Kwon joined MSD Korea’s finance division in 2000 and took charge of various tasks related to financial planning, operation, tax, and accounting. Since 2011, Kwon has led the company’s business development, receiving recognition for his outstanding capabilities through marketing alliances and strategic ties with major business partners. After joining Edwards Lifesciences Korea as a finance director in 2017, Kwon has led the clinical care and vascular business division, contributing to new business development and expansion.
