Mr. Ramesh Chandra, Chairman of Unitech Ltd., was recognized as ‘Star Realty Royal’ at the launch and award ceremony of ‘Star Realty 2011-12, Lords of the Land’ by Planman Media at Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi on February 22, 2012 where Union Minister of Urban Development Shri Kamal Nath presided over the ceremony as the Chief Guest. A perception-based survey, it covered parameters such as the brand equity of the companies in terms of brand awareness, brand recall, brand preferences, reliability, perceived quality and brand loyalty, across both residential and commercial segments.
