a formulation plant with a WHO-GMP certification, and is well on its way to get an EU-GMP and a UK-MHRA stamp. Its specific operational arenas are under HVAC regulations and function under rigid humidity and temperature controlled modalities. This particular unit is designed to serve international markets. At Bhiwadi, the roll-out line includes uncoated, sugar-coated and film-coated tablets, hard capsules of the beta lactam and non-beta lactam variety, oral liquids such as syrups and suspensions, dry syrups, liquid injectables, ointments and creams. The Nalagarh scale of operations is Schedule M-compliant and is working towards a WHOGMP certification. This, last, too makes uncoated, sugar-coated and film-coated tablets, beta lactam and non-beta lactam capsules, and oral liquids. The research laboratory at Gracure is endowed with equipment like UPLC, HPLC with auto-samples, FTIR, TOC and dissolution apparatus for bioequivalence studies to support its basic medical mantras. This functional unit, in addition, conducts stability studies in keeping with valid regulation guidelines.
