W here enthusiasm and determination rule the roost, success knows no bounds. Where technology is well exploited and innovation is made the foundation, recognition reigns supreme. And where customer is made the king and emerging demands exceedingly met, growth knocks the threshold at a hypersonic pace. These are facets that identify the existence of the Delhi based Ambey Group. The ISO 9001:2008 certified group is a conglomerate of four companies with businesses in diverse sectors ranging from FMCG to agrochemicals and cement. “Majority of the industry banks upon us for our type of products. They stand up for the quality of each of the products we manufacture. The farmer community directly/indirectly uses our agrochemicals to produce healthy and productive crops,” proudly utters the dexterous and enthusiastic Mr. Anil Gupta, Chairman. What started with a single product – ‘Trishul Phenyl’ with a petite investment gradually evolved into a colossus multi-product, multi-crore and diversified company with a robust global footprint. The brainchild behind the endeavor that started from the scratch was the dynamic and go-getter Mr. Anil Gupta. His enthusiasm, his leadership abilities, his intelligent thinking patterns creating a win-win situation, and his belief in maintaining long term relationships with everyone involved in the business has led to an exceedingly sustainable growth in no time. And the growth story continues. Today, supporting him in his endeavors are his two sons, Mr. Archit Gupta, elder, an MBA (UK) and Mr. Arpit Gupta, younger, a BBA. They are equally instrumental in course-plotting the growth story of the group. Currently, the group is perched at a turnover of an implausible Rs. 450 crore. With lots of projects coming up, expectation of the Guptas of achieving a turnover target of Rs. 750 crore is a big likelihood!
