Every security guard recruited through a set eligibility criteria with verification by Tiger 4 Security undergoes basic and rigorous training. The guards are deployed at clients’ site only after they are perfectly trained. The agency leaves no room for grievances for the clients. The guards go through all levels of training, right from drill, physical conditioning, personal protection, security patrolling, unarmed combat, record keeping, armed combat, emergency procedures to handling of medical emergencies with first aid, site and risk assessment, contingency planning, and related paraphernalia. A blend of courtesy, positive attitude and loyalty is imbibed into each guard during the training. Besides, all guards undergo training at regular intervals to stay updated with the latest trends in security technology and activities. “We have a State of Art training centre at Udaipur. The centre is affiliated with Rajasthan Home Guard and also signed a MOU with Rajasthan Skill & Livelihood Development Corporation (RSLDC) to trained and place 5000 Security Guards Under Employment Linked Skill Training Programme (ELSTP) of Rajasthan Govt. Currently, the 16th batch is under training. It is a 32-day training program for aspirants wishing to make a career in the security industry. 90 candidates are imparted Training together. The center has also been shortlisted to provide Vocational Training under Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gramin Kaushal Yojana (DDUGKY) a Central Govt. Scheme.. We also have another training centre at our Jaipur branch and an indoor training unit at Mangolpuri, Delhi,” says Mr. Ratan Singh (father of Himmat Singh Jhala), Director. “Trainees avail numerous benefits including accommodation, uniforms, food, and related paraphernalia.
