SEZ Project in Noida Extension
This free-market-oriented geographical project is spread over an area of 25 acres. The first tower, given to IBM on lease for 10 years covers an area of 1,13,000 sqft. This project, worth 400 crores has three more towers at 3,80,000 sqft, 4,20,000 sqft and 3 Lacs sqft. The buildings are gold rated and Leed certified with incorporation of solar panels having capacity to generate 100 watt of electricity. A part of the commercial space has been leased to PVR; a three-screen multiplex is being given shape.
