Things automatically fall into place when one is a power-packed unit combined with quality products and on-time delivery schedules. It is a proud and happy unit which can preen about such outstanding qualities in their work ethos. Such is the sureshot case with VSP Enterprises Pvt. These are sourced from Hindustan Zinc Ltd., SAIL, RINL, TATA, Jindal, ESSAR and clients approved sources. VSP Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. recorded a turnover of Rs 124crore in 201617. This was a big jump compared to the grossings of Rs 110crore from

2015-16. Also, these figures are slated to touch Rs 160 crore in 201718.Roughly speaking, this translates into a growth rate of about 20 to 30 percent each year. The company, established in 2004, teed off with an initial investment of Rs one crore. This concern steamrolls aheadon the basis ofwork and support provided by Shanti Devi, Director, and Mr. Ashish Kumar, Director, as well. They form the core team which provides total strength and guidance to VSP and are the brain, heart and soul behind this enterprise. Incidentally, this 350 employee manufacturing entityhas recorded a whopping 90 percent retention rate of its working ranks. Production work is done in two units, one each based in Sonepat, and Samalkha. “We take a lot of care not just of quality and timely delivery but also offer the best pricing in the market,” says Mr. Palaram. The company spends Rs 1.5 to Rs 2 crore for research and development work each year. VSP Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. chugs along on the basis of a very ethical vision and goal. This is to “grow at a rate of at least about 20 percent each year and to record a turnover of Rs 300 crore or more by 2022 AD.”The basic credit of all of its success is accorded to “sheer hard work, honesty, and working in a friendly manner with employees as well as clients,” smiles Mr. Palaram. Also, “we believe in having transparency with all those we are connected with, and of course, nothing happens in life without God’s grace,” he continues. The message which comes out rather strongly from VSP quarters is that “one should be regular in work and success automatically follows.” That success will keep on always knocking at its doors is somewhat of a surety when a company is empowered and egged on by a voice as powerful, pure, confident, sincere, and dedicated as that of VSP Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.And surely they will keep their flag hoisted very high and mighty, towering above all else in their niche of operations.
