- By Our Correspondent

The Noida-based Trimurti group, with seven companies in its consortium, is very eclectic in nature. Trimurti Rice & Flour Mills Pvt. Ltd., Trimurti Freight Express (P) Ltd. RishabSambhav Engineering & Construction Pvt. Ltd., Suchi Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., Trimurti Entertainment Media, TrimurtiImpex, and Trimurti Traders form part and parcel of this umbrella of companies. Incidentally, as per Mr Rajnish Singh, Chairman, Rajnish Group, “our rice mill comes in the club of top ten in all of Bihar and we rank within the top five in terms of quality.” In addition, “we have also made a Bhojpuri film called Patna Se Pakistan on a budget of about Rs 3.5 crore.” So also, “we are consultants to TCIL and have completed a contract worth Rs 3 crore for them and another one of Rs4 crore is on the anvil.” Trimurti, which was set up in 20122013, turned in with about Rs six to seven crore in 2016-1017. An initial investment of about Rs 50 lakh was made for the unit which deals in rice. Trimurti runs on the steam of more than one hundred employees and “we log in ninety percent retention of our staffers due to many reasons including the filial atmosphere we provide them with.” Expansion of the rice-based unit is in the planning stages by establishing a new plant at a cost of about seven crore rupees. One of the main USPs of this company is that “we have the latest machinery which has been imported from China.” This firm is working towards beginning rice exports within the very near future and hopes to register a turnover figure of about Rs 100 crore by 2023. However Mr Singh rues that “finances are somewhat of an issue since one does not get loans easily.”
