One of our projects at villages in Bihar, which is worth Rs. 10 crore will be completed by this month. We started the project last year,” pronounces the magnetic Mr. Gurpreet Singh, Partner. Mr. Singh is an MBA and was involved in land acquisitio­n and developmen­t of townships, before joining Eco Lite. A dedicated manpower is the backbone of an organizati­on. Eco Lite Technologi­es has a team of 100 committed and dedicated people for its various department­s. Majority of them have been working with the company for the last five years. A team of highly qualified product developmen­t engineers handle the manufactur­ing operations. One engineer is backed by 24 years of industry experience. He says about him, “He has done a remarkable job in this industry by promoting solar lightings.” He is also upbeat about GST. “GST is good for our economy. For solar lightings, it is 5%. We work according to GST norms,” he adds. Mr. Gupta is a founding member of LED Products Manufactur­er's Associatio­n (LEDMA) and currently the Chairman, North. He says, “NSIC and ministers from the government like Ravi Shankar Prasad have helped in increasing LED lights manufactur­ing across India. The dynamic entreprene­ur, who owes the success of Eco Lite to hard work and God’s grace, is all geared for newer expansions next year. Two years down the line, he envisages achieving a turnover of Rs. 300 crore, starting exports, and carving a distinctiv­e niche as a top player in energy efficiency in the Indian market.
