Blood is thicker than water they say. And when a business has the same blood in its top management, it really does help matters. This is the core of the running of Kamal CED Solutions LLP. Established in 2010 by Mr. R. S. Punia, this company is into providing surface finishing services. He is aided and abetted in his work by his son Mr. Sumit Punia (since 2015). The company, at present, has Eight plants, of which five are located in Manesar itself and other plants are located at Bhiwadi, Bawal and Sanand (Gujarat) and upcoming plants are coming up at Hosur and Chennai loactions (Tamil Naidu). CED or Catholic Electro Deposited coatings are undertaken by this firm along with zinc flake Aluminum coating, Nickel Chrome plating, Hard Chrome plating, Liquid spary painting etc. An ISO 9001 and ISO14001-certified company, it works with the capacity of 3000 square meters per day of services. Its average turnover for 2017-18 was about Rs 50 crore. This figure escalated from Rs 9 crore in 2010. The reason for the good growth, as per Mr. Punia, is “that we make it a point to provide quality services and timely delivery. These are also the reasons why we have a client retention rate of 95%.” Some of the mainstream clients of Kamal CED Solutions are Imasen, Advics, and Mark Exhaust. The OEM customer line-up for four wheelers includes Maruti Suzuki, Honda, Ford, Toyota, Nissan, JCB, and GM. The same, for two wheelers, includes Royal Enfield, Honda, Hero, and Suzuki. The primetime customers for CED coating include Mark Exhaust System Ltd., FaureciaAutomotives, Jai Bharat Maruti, Caparo Maruti, Tenneco Automotive, Hitensile, Hitech& Victoria, Indo Autotech, KassAbhishek, Chassis Brakes, etc. Those for liquid spray painting

Ltd., Universal Precision Screw, and KSS Abhishek. In addition, this roster for nickel chrome includes Nipman Fasteners, Daikin Horizen, Hi-Tech, etc. Mr. Punia is careful about all the work nuances in his company. He goes on to say that “our work does not stop even in case of emergencies since we have alternative plans and contingencies for a rainy day.” In addition, “we are extremely conscious about protecting the environment and use eco-friendly products in our processes.” The fully-equipped laboratory for CED has product testing equipment like pipate, schcrometer, Ph meter, weighing scale, and an oven along with product testing facilities such as blend test, salt spray tester, impact test, hardness test, adhesion test, water resistance etc. The basic zeal and vision which empowers the work vibe here is “to enter into exports of home decorative items and to touch the average turnover mark of Rs 70 crore.” The entire scorecard of success of this company goes to “team work, dedication, and sheer hard work.” Accolades have also come in for Kamal CED Solutions LLP from various quarters. One such assurance of good work came from Imasen for being its best supplier. Mr. Punia is extremely upbeat about the business environment in India. Says he, “there is no such thing as no opportunities in our country; one just needs to be focused and all matters get simplified by themselves.” It is this kind of attitude which has taken this firm into the exclusive club of the “top five companies in our niche arena.” However, Mr. Punia is not pulling at any stops with such achievements. He and his team continue to garner accolades with literally each passing day. This is the sure signal signature tune of a company which really means good business. And this is what makes the day for any business entity.
