Founded on July 21, 2016, Catts Labs & Research Pvt. Ltd. is an NABL-accredited laboratory. This facilities provides the test results of 1000 - 1500 samples per month. Working on the steam of about 25 employees at present, the company is looking at hiring at least another ten persons in the near future. Of the ones presently on the pay roll, six are deployed towards sales and marketing functions. Rues Mr. Chadha, “our pet peeve is that the government agencies should act fast since the accreditation process as of now is very slow.” Interestingly, some of the clients of this company are prestigious names like Hamdard Laboratories, VLCC, BSF and D.R.D.O. "We also offer consultancy for complete set up of chemical & microbiological labs for industrial units," says Manpreet Singh. Within a short span of time (of just two years), the laboratory has attained a position among the top laboratories of India catering to the testing needs of the corporate sector. Certified with the ISO 9001:2015 stamp, the Chadhas have an ace up their sleeve in terms of the fact that they have managed to retain 100% of their staffers and clients, alike. Their corporate motto is hinged upon “if you give your best to your team and your end users, you are bound to get the best from them in return.” Within the next five years, they hope to be within the top rankers in this industry and log in turnovers of five to six crores. Mr. J.S. Chadha, who sincerely believes that “my real award is the work I do,” also places his bets on “having a completely transparent work atmosphere and no ego issues with anyone and everyone as the mantras to usher in good results.” In addition, he also opines that “there is no substitute for good and honest hard work.” Equipped with such a strong narrative for heralding in successful times, the Chadhas are surely all set to conquer bigger realms and domains in their line of business.
