The production hubs are equipped with the latest machinery and infrastructure like a tool room with a cylindrical grinder, surface grinder, MITR, lathe and pneumatic press et al.
The company engages in plasma cutting, multi side clamp forming NC, hydraulic shearing, pneumatic and mechanical power presses, NC pipe bending, MIG welding set, spot cum projection welding, horizontal broaching, et al. The raw material used in the manufacturing processes includes HR & CR Sheet, HR Grade – MS, C65, SS304 & SS409 et al, MS Tube – ERW&CEW – OD thick used up to 22.2x3.20mm, bar type – round flat, square, and hex – up to 90 mm, et al.
