CMD,

Akshit Enterprises (P) Ltd.

When a company pegs its name on timely delivery and economically viable product lines, it is a matter to take serious note of. This attitude spells of ambition, reeks of power play, and gives a strong sensibility of being a very top notch contender in the game of thrones in the concerned sector. Serious - because the given organization is serious about its brand and its positioning in the market forces and hopes to emerge as a very prized company in its niche arena of operations; Akshit Enterprises (P) Ltd. is one such unit which does all this and even more. Basically a group company of D.S. Alloys Pvt. Ltd., it was founded in the year 2008 and works at a production capacity of 1200 metric tons per month. The product portfolio from this work engine includes various grades of ferro silico magnesium (fesimg), nickel magnesium, ferro aluminium (FeAl), ferro titanium, et al. The company’s manufacturing plant is located in Sonipat, Haryana. To add more muscle to its weight, the premises are surrounded by the major foundry hub in India and this includes Haryana, Rajasthan, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttaranchal. Very emotionally, Mr. Achal Garg, C.E.O., Akshit Enterprises goes on to say that “Mr. Ashwani Jindal, CMD, Akshit Enterprises, supported me in my struggling phase of professional life in 2011. He encouraged and motivated me to go ahead and do my work without any inhibitions or feelings of fear”. Interestingly, this company has its own go-down space and is equipped with the latest variety of handling equipment including mobile cranes, et al. The company has another such warehouse in the U.S. as well. In addition, Akshit Enterprises has its own component testing machine along with all the other paraphernalia associated with it. Says Mr. Achal Garg proudly, “we do not need to go door to door for any kind of

alloy or other testing. This is our R&D investment and it is for real”. During the present times, the unit takes care of the European Union, Bhutan, and Turkey regions via its sales and marketing functions like participating in exhibitions. The clientele list, as far as the domestic market is concerned, includes the Mahindra Group, Birla Group, Tata Group. In the international segment, the primary clients’ repertoire includes Meleast, Nizi, MESCIR, USPIPE, et al.

Mr. Garg, in his trademark honest style, informs that “the G.S.T. regime is very good and viable, however we having labor issues in our manufacturing unit from time to time. We wish that the government would take some proper steps to make the labor policy more user-friendly”. The melting capacity of the production hub is more than 1200 MT. The company has three induction furnaces with a capacity of 500 kgs, 750 kgs, and 1500 kgs, respectively. So also, it has an integrated sieving plant, too. The ISO 9001-certified company assures its clients of stringent quality checks at differing stages of the manufacturing process including unloading, docketing, and storage. The other group companies are R.R. Steel (P) Ltd. and Jindal Nickel & Alloys (P) Ltd. Incidentally, this company turned in the year 2017-18 with Rs 123 crore, and the following one with Rs 138 crore, a 12% hike-up. It also hopes to rake in Rs 200 crore turnovers within the next three years. With a trademark working ethos and a top management which cares about its various working factions to the hilt, it is no surprise that this company is the second largest producer of ferro-alloys globally and within India too. Working on the strength of about 250 employees, “we manage to retain about 65% of our staffers and close to 80% of our clients”. Tunes in Mr. Garg, “I do not have any job experience; my father is my role model and my idol. I have learnt my craft from him and also dedicate my entire success scorecard to him. Hard work and the good god’s grace are the two factorials behind my doing well in this line of work”. When the head honcho is a man of such ethical principles that he does not fall back in giving credit to those who deserve it, the company surely has its basics in the right place. As is obvious, Akshit Enterprises (P) Ltd. is blessed to have the knowledge and expertise of such a gentleman in its ramparts. These qualities are sure to help the company pip any competing agency to the post in the times to come. All such positive narratives will enable Mr. Garg and his charged up team members to perform not just as per expected standards but even overshoot them by a wide margin.
