RS likely to pass GST Bill this week

This is the week when the GST Constitution amendment Bill should be passed by the Rajya Sabha. The Congress has now said it will support the Bill. Who will oppose it? Should we anticipate a crisis? If things go the government way, the Bill will come up in the first half of the week.
