Court declares Mallya proclaimed offender

IMumbai In more trouble for beleaguered entrepreneur Vijay Mallya, a Mumbai court on Thursday declared him a proclaimed offender and directed the enforcement directorate (ED) to freeze movable properties listed by the agency in its application. However, the court rejected ED's request for attachment of his foreign properties.
