Ten million houses for the poor living in kachcha homes

The government aims to complete 10 million houses for the homeless and those living in kachcha houses by 2019. It has allocated ~23,000 crore for the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana-Gramin in 2017-18, up from ~15,000 crore in 2016-17. ~4,814 crore has been proposed for providing electricity.
