DLF might announce stake sale today

After months of negotiations, realty major DLF might announce the name of the buyer in its rental arm, DLF Cybercity Developers, on Wednesday, said sources. The firm’s audit committee would meet on Wednesday. The completion of the deal might be announced after that. DLF is in talks with US investor Blackstone and Singapore sovereign fund GIC to sell the stake.
