Sikka says not joining HP

Vishal Sikka, former CEO & MD of Infosys, said on Friday that he was an intern with Hewlett Packard Enterprise and that he was not headed back to the firm. Refuting reports that he was headed to HPE as the CTO, Sikka told CNBC-TV18: "It's not true... I used to be an intern at HP. Someone is keenly trying to put me in a box. The story isn't true." He said it was "Day 1" for him and he was keen on spending more time with his family. He also said that "with Nandan coming it, it wasn't right for me to hang on".
