Pantaloons’ chief executive officer steps down

Ad it ya B ir la Fashion and Retail on Monday said its division Pantaloons' Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Shital-Mehta has resigned from the company. “Shit al Me ht a has resigned from the post of CEO, Pantaloons division of the company. Consequently, he will also cease to be one of the key managerial personnel of the company,” Aditya-Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd said in a regulatoryfiling.
