Interests of homebuyers to be protected: Chaudhary

Taking charge as junior minister for corporate affairs, PP Ch aud ha ryon Monday said the government was working towards protecting interest so fall stakeholdersincluding home buyers when an insolvency process is initiated against companies. On home buyers moving the SC against the insolvency process of Jay pee Infra tech, he told Business Standard ,“These are micro issues which have to be examined .”
