Rainfall deficit narrows 3%: Morgan Stanley

As rainfall improved this week, the deficit narrowed to three per cent in this week compared to five per cent in the previous, according to a report. It also said the cropped area affected by deficient rainfall decreased to 31.8 per cent this week from 37.8 per cent last week.
