Dena Retail Loan Carnival

Dena Bank is offering home loans at 8.25% p.a at par with it’s one year marginal cost of funds based lending rate (MCLR) for loan amounts of up to Rs.75.00 Lakhs. As on date this is the lowest rate of interest in the industry on home loans .This is part of a limited period offer available up to 31st December 2017. Bank will not charge any processing fee on these loans till offer period. This benefit will not only be applicable to new borrowers but also to customers who would be shifting their existing home loan from other banks to Dena Bank during the offer period. Bank has reduced it’s interest rate from 8.40% p.a to 8.25% p.a that means borrowers would be saving Rs.3,750/- p.a on a loan of Rs.25.00 Lacs and would also be saving around Rs.12,500/-(approx.) on processing charges as they have been waived off till offer period.
