Sikka denies Teradata’s IP theft charges

Former SAP executive Vis hal Sikka (pictured) on Friday denied I Pt he ft charges made by tech firm Teradata, terming the allegation­s as “baseless and outrageous ”, and said the work on HAN A platform was carried out with “highest integrity ”. Cloud based data and analytics firm T era data has filed a complain tina US court against German firm SAP alleging trade secret mis appropriat­ion, copyright infringeme­nt and antitrust violations and also named Sikka as being aware of the situation. Slamming the charges level led against him by T era data, former Info sys chief Sikka inane mailed statement said ,“Although this lawsuit is not directed at me, I categorica­lly deny the base less and outrageous allegation­s made by T era Data that attempt to diminish the hard work, passion, and the irrefutabl­e and fully legitimate achievemen­ts by the Han a team, including myself .”
