Chai Point to invest ~100 million to add 30 stores in FY19

Ch ai Point is looking to open around 30 new stores by the end of this financial year with aninvestment of~100-120 million. The start-upon Friday hits a century with the opening of its 100 th store in Ben ga lu ru. The firm, which has a revenue of over~1 billion, expects to grow at 75 percent growth rate and break even by the end of this financial year. However, the company has no plans to foray into newer geographies apart from the current cities it is already presentin, including Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Gurugram.
