■ Processed food, textiles, leather, toys, furniture may face non-tariff barriers

■ Drugs and electronic items, such as TV, air conditioners and refrigerators, also on the list

■ Import monitoring systems for products with high volume of imports may be put in place

■ This will require importers to register the volume, value and country of origin of shipments ■ Widening the restricted list for imports also being considered
