HC asks SII, Bharat Bio to disclose vaccine manufacturing ability

The Delhi High Court directed Serum Institute of India and Bharat Biotech to disclose their capacities to manufacture vaccines. They also asked the Centre to explain the rationale behind keeping strict control over class of persons who can be vaccinated as under the present system.
