Vi’s demand on AGR payment illegal: Telecom Watchdog

Telecom Watchdog, a nonprofit unit, has termed Vodafone Idea’s demand for a further relaxed payment schedule for its AGR dues illegal. In a letter to the Minister of Communications, it said: “We are astonished with the request of VIL to defer payment of dues owing to its inability to raise funds, which clearly establish its mismanagement of affairs.”
