RBI gives 3-year extension to Federal Bank CEO

The Reserve Bank of India has approved the reappointment of Shyam Srinivasan (pictured) as the managing director and CEO of the private sector lender Federal Bank for a three-year term. The appointment is with effect from September 23, 2021 till September 22, 2024. He has experience of over 20 years with leading multinational banks in India, West Asia and South East Asia.
