Ultratech Cement Q1 sales up 54%, net grows twofold

Ultratech Cement on Thursday posted an over twofold jump in its net profit to ~1,700 crore in Q1 ended June 2021, helped by volume growth and increased operational efficiencies. The firm had posted a net profit of ~793.08 crore in the April-june quarter a year ago.
