CANARA BANK CELEBRATES 75th INDEPENDENCE DAY

On the 75th anniversary of Independence Date on 15th August ,2021, Shri Pranay Ranjan Deo, General Manager, Canara Bank hoisted the flag at Zonal office Neptune Tower, Ashram Road and while addressing the present employees of the bank , he said that second wave of Corona has affected the country a lot. The economy has been shaken, Banks have an important role in bringing the country’s economy back on track, mainly MSME s and there is need to emphasize on retail credit, this will create employment opportunities. Shri Deo emphasized that along with the bank, we have to come forward to help the people at the individual level as well. Canara Bank also organizedmany competitions for all the children present there on the occasion of Independence Day and the winners were rewarded by the General Manager as well as the best 5 Security Guard who rendered excellent service in the bank during the year also honored.
