YES BANK SEEKS REMOVAL OF FIVE DISH TV DIRECTORS

YES Bank, which holds 25.63 per cent in Dish TV, has sought the removal of five directors in the company, including Managing Director Jawahar Lal Goel. The bank said the present board had approved a rights issue despite objections raised by it. It alleged the company’s board was not acting in line with good corporate governance standards.
