Empire Aircraft Management Services Pvt Ltd is a private aviation specialist operating in India since 2012. It provides a complete range of integrated business aviation services, including aircraft management, flight operations, aircraft brokerage, charter management services and CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation) to the fast-developing market.
In November 2017, Empire Aircraft Management was given a Nonscheduled Operator’s Permit (NSOP) by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. The NSOP enables the company to offer a comprehensive range of business aviation services for private aircraft owners in India, with a one-stop shop approach.
LEADING NSOP
Today, Empire Aircraft Management has several business jets under its management and operating in India under its NSOP, including those under charter management and available to the charter market in India. In 2016, Empire Aircraft Management opened a dedicated CAMO and compliance facility which it operates from a sub-branch at Aerocity in Delhi. The company also has a corporate office in Bengaluru.
Certification as a CAMO is an important area of the company’s growing business in India and an integral part of the aircraft management service provided to owners. CAMO is awarded by various aviation regulatory authorities (including San Marino, Cayman Islands, United Arab Emirates, Isle of Man and India) to aircraft management companies.
Empire Aircraft Management has developed its CAMO experience to the point where it offers this stand-alone service to third-party aircraft owners and operators in India. The company has an experienced team of international aviation professionals in India who have been developing all aspects of the business for several years in response to the unique private aviation opportunities that India represents. The team is headed by Nirav Kotak, Country Head – India, an experienced corporate jet pilot and training manager with over a decade of international business aviation expertise.
