INAUGURATION CEREMONY OF MGB CALL CENTRE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
The inauguration ceremony of MGB Call
Centre for customer service, which will be exclusively managed by blind employees was held at head Office of bank on 15-September, 2021.The inauguration was done by Hon'ble Shri
Hemant Tamta, Executive Director Bank of Maharashtra in presence of Board of Directors Shri. Avinash Pathak, Additional Commissioner Aurangabad and Shri. Ahilaji Thorat, Regional Manager, Bank of Maharashtra.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri. Hemant Kumar Tamta congratulated team MGB for operationalizing the Call Center and for the initiatives taken by Bank Team. He also conveyed his best wishes to the Call Center team for their future endeavors. Also he emphasized on the importance of customer service.
On the occasion bank has entered in Tie up arrangement with 05 seed companies i.e. Panchganga Seeds, Nath Seeds, Ajit Seeds, Syndicate Seeds and Abrar Brothers & Co for onward loan to farmers for seed plot and infrastructure. And Tie up arrangement with Science for Society Techno Services Pvt.ltd., for finance to rural women micro entrepreneurs for purchasing of machineries under Agri Infrastructure Scheme was done. Also bank has distributed sanction Letters to SHGS, JLGS, KCCS and FPOS. In the function performance of Branch Managers / Regional Managers was appreciated during banks foundation day campaign and APY campaigns.
The introductory part of the program was given by Shri. Milind Gharad Chairman of Maharashtra Gramin Bank, and vote of thank by Chief General Manager Shri. Sanjay Wagh. All the senior officers and staff of the bank worked hard to make the event grand successful.
