Eupheus Learning acquires Classklap for $19 million

Eupheus Learning, a Delhibased leading B2B edtech firm has acquired education startup Classklap. With this, Eupheus will become the largest schools-focused edtech firm in India and will be the only company in the K12 space to operate in the premium as well as the affordable schools space. Classklap has been valued at $19 million in the allstock deal.
