Godrej board OKS plan to raise ~750 cr through NCDS

Godrej Industries said its board has approved a proposal to raise ~750 crore by issuing nonconvertible debentures (NCDS). The firm said it "approved the placement memorandum/ information memorandum for issuance of up to 7,500 rated, listed, unsecured, redeemable, NCDS having a face value of ~10 lakh each".
