Alteria Capital closes second venture debt fund at ~1,800 crore

Alteria Capital has announced the final close of its second venture debt fund at ~1,800 crore. Alteria Capital II is the largest venture debt fund raised in India so far. It now has an assets under management of ~2,750 crore across two venture debt funds, raised from domestic investors. This is the largest pool of debt capital available for startups in India. Alteria Capital got approvals from Sebi in December 2020 for its second venture debt fund with a target corpus of ~1,000 crore.
