Temasek to invest ~540 cr in True North firm Integrace

Singapore-based Temasek will invest ~540 crore in Integrace, a therapy-based health care company majority owned by home-grown private equity player True North. True North is partially exiting its investment in the orthopaedic and gynaecology-focused pharma company in the deal and will continue to own a majority stake in the firm, according to a statement.
