CCI okays internal restructuring of TVS; arm raises ~590 cr

Fair trade regulator CCI on Monday gave a nod for internal restructuring of the TVS Group. Meanwhile, TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS), part of $8.5 billion TVS Group, on Monday announced that it has raised ~590 crore from a fund managed by Exor, the Europe-based leading diversified holding company controlled by the Agnelli family.
