• First in the country in the implementa­tion of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Over 2.63 crore farmers in UP have benefitted from this scheme. More than Rs 64,694 crore has been disbursed to UP farmers under the scheme

• First in the country to construct 2.61 crore toilets and to announce all its 75 districts ODF under the Swachh Bharat Mission

• First in the country in implementa­tion of MGNREGA. The state has generated 190 crore man days under MGNREGA, giving employment to 4.85 crore workers

• Excels in inland fisheries. State awarded at the prestigiou­s at the Global Fisheries Conference India - 2023

• UP is now at number two spot in filing Income Tax Return. In June 2014, Uttar Pradesh reported a modest 1.65 lakh ITR filings. By June 2023, this figure skyrockete­d to an impressive 11.92 lakh

• In the last 6 years, special emphasis laid on increasing exports. UP exported worth Rs 1.74 lakh crore in financial year 2022-23. The target has been set to Rs 3 lakh crore in the next five years

• Revenue worth Rs 1,07,407 crore generated from GST in 2022-23, marking a growth of 20.8%

• UP, under the PM Street Vendor's Atmanirbha­r Nidhi (PM Svanidhi), leads in the country, and over 19.45 lakh eligible street vendors' applicatio­ns received, of which more than 17.32 lakh applicatio­ns have successful­ly been disbursed

• Holds 6th position in software exports in the country with total software export from STPI registered IT/ITES units for FY 22-23 standing at Rs 36,937 crore

• Under Operation 'Kayakalp', 1.40 lakh schools rejuvenate­d in the state

• Under 'School Chalo' campaign, the number of students enrolled in state-run schools has risen from 1.34 crore in 2017 to 1.92 crore in 2023
