A report by OpenSignal has found that India's average download speed, at 5.1 Mbps, is less than onethird the global average. The worst part is that this is marginally higher than the global average 3G speed of 4.4 Mbps. India ranked 74th out of 75 countries in the study, below Pakistan and Sri Lanka, and ahead of only Costa Rica.
