ERICSSON HAS FILED INSOLVENCY PETITIONS AGAINST RCOM

RCom has said that Ericsson has filed insolvency petitions against it and two subsidiaries before the National Company Law Tribunal in Mumbai. Ericsson is seeking recovery of `1,154 crore due from RCom, Reliance Infratel Ltd and Reliance Telecom Ltd.
